Job Summary:

As our Director of Channel Sales you’ll be a critical component of our growth strategy, responsible for developing and managing our industry partner relationships, creating channel campaign programs and working with partners as well as internal sales and marketing teams to ensure successful execution.
As the ideal candidate your key traits include:
- Self-starter with the ability and drive to set goals and solve problems without constant oversight
- Technical acumen in the software industry, particularly enterprise software systems and sales
- Accomplished communicator with excellent collaboration and management skills
- An ability to coordinate diverse internal and external groups to achieve common goals
- A passion and desire to work with other talented individuals in a dynamic environment
Essential responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and signing new channel partner as well as managing existing relationships
- Establishing channel partner sales goals and working with partners to achieve those goals
- Demonstrating iQ for Business software solution for partners and joint customer prospects
- Driving demand generation through partner relationships via co-operative marketing programs
- Assisting channel partners with, RFIs/RFPs and sales quotes
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel program achieving results
Your experience will include:
- 5-8 years of experience in creating and managing channel partner programs, including partner recruitment and 3rd party demand generation
- Demonstrated communications skills including written documents and public presentations/speaking
- A background working and coordinating with diverse groups including sales, marketing , product management, and executive management
- A track record of success in business software sales, preferably within the small-to-midmarket enterprise space
